Frankie Price Co-Founder The Balance Group LLC CEO, Balance Media

Frankie Price is a high-performance athlete, emerging entrepreneur, and brand strategist whose leadership sits at the intersection of sports, media, and athlete development. As Co-Founder of The Balance Group and CEO of Balance Media, Frankie brings a rare blend of elite athletic experience, storytelling expertise, and a deep understanding of the evolving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape.

Widely recognized as “Frank Dawg” following her viral Snoop Dogg inspired floor routine, Frankie is a standout competitive gymnast at the University of Arkansas where she has attended on a full athletic scholarship. Her athletic journey began at the age of two and quickly accelerated into a decorated career that includes State, Regional, and National Junior Olympic Championships. Recruited to the University of Arkansas at just 14 years old, she has spent five years competing at the highest level of SEC collegiate gymnastics.

Frankie’s accomplishments include SEC All-American honors, Regional Champion, SEC Freshman Award, the prestigious HOGSPY Clinch Award, and the Comeback Award. She has also earned multiple SEC Academic Honors and will graduate with her Master’s degree in May, an accomplishment further strengthening her expertise in media, messaging, and brand development.

The Balance Group was born from Frankie’s passion for youth sports and athlete development, informed by her own journey of excellence, resilience, and recovery. Having navigated the physical and mental demands of elite gymnastics, she has become a trusted mentor to young athletes, guiding them not only in performance but in confidence building, injury recovery, and long term personal growth.

Through her academic work and professional experience with Integrity 9, a sports marketing firm, Frankie identified a powerful opportunity within the NIL era: athletes need strategic storytelling and brand positioning to maximize their influence and earning potential. As CEO of Balance Media, Frankie leads the company’s vision to empower athletes with the tools, messaging, and media strategy required to build authentic, sustainable personal brands.

Frankie Price combines credibility, relatability, and forward thinking leadership positioning her as a dynamic founder uniquely equipped to scale ventures focused on athlete empowerment, media strategy, and the future of sports entrepreneurship. Morgan Price Co-Founder, The Balance Group LLC CEO, Balance Athletics

Morgan Price, featured on several national news outlets including GMA and The Jennifer Hudson Show, is one of the most talked about names in collegiate gymnastics. She is a true history maker whose impact extends far beyond competition. Currently competing at the University of Arkansas, Morgan’s career has been defined by bold decisions, record-breaking performances, and leadership at every level.

An early high school graduate and highly recruited five-star gymnast, Morgan chose the road less traveled. Rather than joining an established powerhouse, she made history as the only five-star recruit to sign with Fisk University, becoming a foundational athlete in the first-ever HBCU gymnastics program.

At Fisk, Morgan quickly emerged as a standout athlete, scholar, and leader. An All American all three years, she recorded the program’s first and only perfect “10,” holds the highest beam score by any HBCU gymnast with a 9.95, and became the only WGIC gymnast to win back-to-back National Championships while also capturing national titles across all four events. Her excellence earned her recognition as the 2024 Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame Amateur Athlete of the Year.

In pursuit of continued growth, Morgan transferred to the University of Arkansas — a decision that reflected her champion mindset and commitment to pushing boundaries. She once again made history, scoring another perfect “10,” the first of her career at Arkansas. Morgan was also nominated and named a finalist for the AAI Award, the most prestigious honor awarded to a senior collegiate gymnast.

A champion, role model, and athlete development leader, Morgan’s experience competing at the highest levels uniquely positions her to shape the next generation. As Co-Founder of The Balance Group and CEO of Balance Athletics, she leads skill development and training initiatives, bringing technical expertise, competitive excellence, and a deep commitment to athlete growth.

Kristin Price Co-Founder, The Balance Group LLC CEO, Balance Wellness

Kristin Price, the youngest of the Price sisters, brings her own powerful blend of talent, leadership, and heart to The Balance Group. Known for her energy, positivity, and natural connection with others, Kristin has built an impressive athletic and academic resume while developing a passion for youth wellness and mentorship.

Kristin began her athletic journey in gymnastics, competing for eight years and building a strong foundation in technique, discipline, and body awareness. She later transitioned to cheerleading, a sport that perfectly aligned with her vibrant personality, elite tumbling skills, and exceptional flyer abilities. The transition proved to be a defining move.

Within her first year on her high school cheer team, Kristin earned All-American honors and quickly emerged as a leader among her peers. She was selected as team captain, and under her leadership, her team captured a National Championship, a testament to her work ethic, competitive drive, and ability to inspire those around her.

Kristin continued her success at the collegiate level as an SEC cheerleader on one of the most respected programs in the country. True to form, she made an immediate impact. In her first year, she secured a spot on the competition team and contributed to another National Championship title. Her ability to step into high-pressure environments and deliver at an elite level has become a defining characteristic of her athletic career.

Beyond competition, Kristin brings joy and enthusiasm to every environment she enters. She has always had a deep love for working with children and a genuine passion for helping young athletes feel confident, supported, and fulfilled. This passion is central to her leadership role as CEO of Balance Wellness.

As a pre-med major with aspirations of becoming a pediatric physician assistant, Kristin is uniquely positioned to bridge athletics and overall youth well being. Her entrepreneurial vision for Balance Wellness centers on integrating physical health, mental wellness, and athlete development, creating a holistic approach that supports young athletes both inside and outside of sport.

Kristin Price combines championship level experience, leadership, and a compassionate mindset. Through Balance Wellness, she is committed to bringing a much needed focus on total youth wellness to the world of gymnastics and beyond, helping athletes grow stronger, healthier, and more confident in every aspect of their lives.
